WARRANTY INSTRUCTIONS

  • Please review the full Vessel warranty policy below.
  • Warranty inspection and service is arranged through and approved solely by Vessel Support. 
  • If you think you may require warranty service, please contact the Vessel team by submitting a support request to warranty@vesselbrand.com.
  • Please be prepared to provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt) and a picture or video demonstrating the warranty defect.
  • If required to return device, a prepaid shipping label will be provided.
  • Warranty services are given priority and will be processed within 4 business days upon receipt of device by the Vessel team.
  • Vessel Brand, Inc. is not responsible for lost packages if your package is not scanned by USPS with the label we provide.

VESSEL WARRANTY DETAILS

Six (6) Month Limited Warranty Information

Vessel Brand, Inc. ("Vessel") warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of six (6) months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, to the extent permitted by law, Vessel will either 1) replace the product with a new unit of the same model, or 2) if the specific model under warranty is no longer held in stock, replace the product with a functionally similar product of equal value. Please see our return policy below for refunds.

The Limited Warranty does not apply to normal performance degradation of batteries or neglecting to adhere to cleaning instructions. 

Vessel Six (6) Month Limited Warranty may be limited in specific countries, please inquire for more information. Vessel is available in select locations. 

Exclusions and Limitations 

The Limited Warranty does not cover the cost of international duties and taxes. The end customer is responsible for this charge in order to receive their replacement.

The Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by Vessel Brand, Inc. that can be identified by the “Vessel trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them and purchased at an authorized retailer, serviced by an authorized Vessel distributor.

The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-Vessel products.

This warranty does not apply to (a) damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, acts of piracy, or other external causes; (b) damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended use as described by Vessel; (c) a product or part that has been modified to alter functionality or capability; (d) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, and broken plastic.

Important: Warranty applies to original end-user purchaser only and is non-transferable. Warranty does not apply should you purchase through a 3rd party reseller such as eBay and Craigslist. Vessel warranties only apply to devices purchased at any authorized retailer serviced by an authorized Vessel distributor. For questions regarding authorized retailers, please contact us.

Intentionally opening up or disassembling your device in any way automatically voids the Warranty. 

Counterfeiting

The fight against unauthorized sales and counterfeiting is a long-term commitment to quality and service by Vessel Brand, Inc. Vessel is dedicated to ensuring our customers receive the modern technologies, beautiful design and world-class support that encompass the brand. 

Vessel advises consumers to be cautious when purchasing devices from unauthorized resellers as the quality, reliability and safety of these products is uncertain and in some cases, may expose the user to serious dangers not encountered with genuine Vessel Brand products.

Vessel has deployed a devoted team to actively pursue and investigate unauthorized resellers and counterfeiters in an effort to protect customers and business partners. By finding counterfeiters and taking legal action against them, we believe we're doing our part since many people do not understand the global ramifications of counterfeiting, or the cycle of abuse they are supporting when purchasing counterfeit goods.

While Vessel would like to help the victims of counterfeiting we’re not able to reimburse money used to purchase infringing goods since such goods were not bought from Vessel, nor do we assist with the resolution of disputes, including assistance with PayPal or credit card refunds.

Contact Vessel to learn more about authorized dealers, as any product purchased outside of our exclusive sales network runs the risk of being counterfeit and is not guaranteed under warranty.
